Overseas trip 24/08/08 (2:00 PM - 5:00 PM)
I have just returned after completing a certification under American Top Team in Coconut Creek, Florida. Finishing a three day full time training regime under Mr Ricardo Liborio and many other professional fighters.
We are now bringing home, a recognition as level 1 Instructors in Mixed Martial Arts with the American Top Team.
Training was detailed, technical and hard ( awesome). Much was learned at this certification and the hospitality of the team was far above any expectation.
XFC Fight in Perth 14/03/09 (7:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
Robert and Yousef attended the XFC cage fights event in Pert and both won......
In a magnificent and technical way Robert won by TKO in 1 and a half minutes...
Yousef won by rear neck choke in 1 minute submiting his opponent to a tap out...
Heading for weigh in was interesting having both starbed all day and the celebrations afterwards saw many fighters of the event and that follow a great night.

I had once again the opportunity to attend seminars at the MGM under the Martial Arts Industry Association.
Among an A list of Instructors I had the pleasure of training with and listening to, Matt Hughes, Chuck Lidell, Renzo Gracie, Ricardo Liborio, Michael Brown and many more.

PMA In School Tournament 8/08/09 (9:30 AM - 1:30 PM)
We will be helding our 3rd in school tournament on saturday, with students attending from Woolongong, Menai and Padstow centres.
No gi and pankration events will decide the best within our organization. This is a great time to see up coming talent and heart.
I would like to whish all competitors,good sportsmanship, great positive attitude and good luck.

Brazillian Jui Jitsu Master Marcus Conan Silveria from American Top Team has come and held a seminar at our Padstow centre.
