Safety at Maximum Vertigo

At our centre we have fitted our rock climbing wall with safety devices for the ropes to help prevent any incident.

The slow go pully fitted at the top part of the rope is to slow down the climber on the way down, avoiding a full weight drop.

Not all centres are fitted with this device. Furthermore, we train all of our clients when belying, meaning when holding the person hanging of the rope. This small awarness course is designed also to further prevent any unexpected mistake. While other centres just give you the harness and basically "good luck to you" we at Maximum Vertigo really care for your safety and well being.
