PMA Super Martial Arts Centre has been offering instruction and training in Mixed Martial Arts since 2000. Located in Menai, NSW. PMA Super Martial Arts Centre has produced champions in life as well as in the martial arts.

Headed by Henrry Perez (5thDegree) and a staff of expert instructors and managers, including Leo Perez, Gokhan Akturk, Kristie Favorito, PMA Super Martial Arts Centre offers a number of programs for physical fitness and instruction in Hapkido, Muay Thay, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Boxing and Wrestling.

PMA SMAC offers a large fully matted area and new equipment, change rooms, toilets, a rock climbing centre and a welcoming reception area designed for the serious student.

Henrry Perez is commited to full time Martial Arts Instruction and full time training and we have found the ability to give special attention to a wide range of ages , cultural backgrouns and religious beliefs.
