Since the year 2000, PMA Super Martial Arts Centre has been providing instruction in Mixed Martial Arts, combining powerful styles, Roman Greco Wrestling, Hapkido, Thai Boxing, Vale Tudo and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in the Menai, NSW area.
